Pale straw with a slight green hue. Aromatic white currant, capsicum and fragrant tropical fruit with a hint of thyme. Luscious ripe blackcurrant and lime flavours. The palate is steely and mineral with a chalky oyster shell texture. It is pure and focused with a long lingering finish. Drinking beautifully now and best enjoyed over the next two years.
