Happs Indigenous Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Clear pale straw. Moderate aroma of cut grass, lemon butter, passionfruit, fig, gooseberry and jasmine with notes of pastry and almond meal. Dry, creamy and textural rather than crisp and acidic as is often seen with this varietal combination. The flavours are in a riper spectrum and consist of citrus, quince paste, rockmelon and ripe pear. The flavour is long with a soft acidity that makes for a very particular style.
