WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM PURCHASE ORDER?

Our minimum purchase quantity is 12 bottles of wine, 1 carton of beer or 450L’s of alcohol in all other circumstances.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A PURCHASE MINIMUM?

At Winecow, we strive to bring our customers the lowest prices on a wide range of products. To do this, we buy all our stock in bulk from our suppliers, who in turn lower the costs for everyone, including you!

ARE THERE OTHER WAYS I CAN ORDER?

Yes! We take phone orders between 9am-6pm AWST. Just have a credit card ready to make your purchase over the phone.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS TO YOU TAKE?

We will accept pin payments and Paypal payment. Our pin options are Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order by calling us at 08 9463 0057 or sending us an email at customerservice@winecow.com.au. Terms and conditions apply.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee policy on all our liquor. Provided your alcohol is unopened and undamaged we will provide a full refund. In all other cases, we will provide an exchange. DELIVERY 

 

Do you deliver to my area?

Although we are based in the Perth metro area, we deliver Australia-wide, to all areas accessible by Australia Post. You can see our full list of deliverable suburbs and postcodes here. Unfortunately, we do not cater to international customers.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery is 100% free to all our Perth metro customers. Our regional and interstate customers are charged a delivery fee to cover the costs of Australia Post. You can check your delivery costs here.

Can I track my order?

Our Perth metro customers will receive next-day delivery (if they order before 2pm), so we don’t track these orders. However, our regional and interstate customers will receive a tracking number which they can use to view live updates of their delivery through the Australia Post website.

When will I receive my order?

Each customer has the choice to allocate a specific delivery date. Any stock ordered before 2pm on a weekday that does not have a specified delivery date by the customer should be received the next day by our Perth metro customers. Occasionally, we may contact you to let you know that your order could not fit on the trucks for this day, and will be prioritised for the following day. If your order is urgent, we ask that you please make a note in the special delivery instructions box at the checkout or give us a call on 08 9463 0057 to ensure that you get your order on time.

For our regional and interstate we ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive. We rely on the services of Australia Post to ensure you get your order, and can provide you with a tracking number so you can follow live updates of your order status on the Australia Post website.
