West Cape Howe Sauvignon Blanc

Super bright and clear with the tiniest hint of green/gold. Lovely fresh, ripe, Sauvignon characters of passionfruit and green melon, with just a hint of herbaceousness. The palate is deliciously fresh and zesty with loads of citrusy flavours and a zingy acidity. Gorgeous fruit flavours of gooseberries and ‘greengage’ plums. The SB is well flavoured but fresh and tight as the acidity gives the wine its good structure and length. Superb drinking now, especially as an aperitif and will continue to drink well over the next 12+ months
