Pale green/straw. Clean and pungent with herbaceous characters of snow pea, thyme and cut grass. There are ripe tropical notes of guava, passionfruit, lychee and blackcurrant with a drizzle of lime. Long with a full and softly textured palate and firm acidity. Once again the palate mirrors the aromas with thyme, snow pea and ripe tropical fruit flavours. The wine has a firm finish with lingering guava and lychee.
