MadFish Shiraz displays all the strengths and beneficial flavour characteristics common to the regions which comprise the blend. Vibrant, ripe and alluring raspberry, cherry and blackberry aromas are beautifully complemented by subtle vanilla and baking spice accents, and all these elements flow through to the palate where they mingle with gentle mocha and cinnamon notes.
