Lifted citrus with buttery cashew and subtle toasty oak.

Mouth-watering tropical flavours with underlying white peach and soft oak tannins.

Grilled pork chops with butter and sage or parmesan and tarragon crusted chicken breast.

The fruit was harvested from our organic vineyard over the period of a week to give a range of varietal characters. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel on toasty French oak followed by lees stirring to give length and roundness to the palate. Specialised organic yeast extracts were used to preserve wine freshness throughout the process. The wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
